Congratulations to Ryan Kingsberry and John Beard on Winning FREE GOLF FOR A YEAR. Ryan and John will be enjoying his summer at Pheasant Run Monday thru Friday and weekends after 2:00pm. What are you doing this summer?
On Sunday August 12th, the Staff of Pheasant Run are hosting the first ever “Caddy for a Cause” in support of Peter Mazereeuw, brother of our very own golf department staff, Graham.
Peter is 19 years old and has leukemia. To raise funds in support of Peter and his family, Pheasant Run Staff members are offering their services to caddie for you!
The event works like this, you simply bid on the caddie of your choice to carry your bag for 18 holes of challenging golf on August 12th. The minimum bid is $100 plus an event entry fee of $70, which will include your course fee and a BBQ lunch.
Here's your chance to get myself (Mark Sharpe), or another staff member out on the course working for you! No pull-carts allowed, we will do it the old-school way, bag over our shoulders, cleaning your clubs, calculating yardages and holding the pin while you putt, all to raise some money for a great cause. Follow the links to meet and bid on our Pheasant Run caddies. Once in awhile a cause hits very close to home.

Q107's John Derringer and "King of the Q" Ted Reader take over Pheasant Run. As always the Q gang were hysterical.
Ted Reader contributed to the day with his cooking commentary and made some amazing Ribs and Beer Can Chicken...yummy! Our own Chef Nelson Rocha contributed to the feast for 300 guests of G&G Electronics. What a blast we had.

Dog Bite Steel On your next visit to Pheasant Run see if you can locate the long legged moose, the wild buffalo and the crazy crows. Jean Pierre Schoss is a local artist with some imaginative creations. Check out some of his peices at http://www.dogbitesteel.com.

Pheasant Run has new direction for our charitable giving for 2007, staff and guest rounds, Clergy golf and all other complimentart rounds we offer are now charged a niminal fee of $2.50-$10.00 in exchange for support of our cornerstone charitable program, the East Gwillimbury Youth Assistance Program.
This program, administered by our Town Council, provides a ‘leg-up' for kids whose families might not otherwise be able to afford the cost of participation in after school activities like soccer leagues and music lessons or youth clubs like Scouts and Guides. These enriching activities go a long way to fostering strong community links for our next generation citizens.
We are proud to help make these vital activities open to families who for reasons of financial hardship may not participate in the type of community oriented activities which help youth reach for their highest potential.
With your help, and the support of our staff and friends, we hope to make a significant impact on the strength of the East Gwillimbury Youth Assistance Program and the kids it serves.
