THANK YOU PHEASANT RUN COMMUNITY
Thank you to the Pheasant Run Golf Community for all their generosity. The Rose of Sharon 2007 Christmas Campaign prepared over 100 gift baskets that were made especially for young mothers and their children. Our donations filled a whole car from bumper to bumper. Thanks to Brad for squishing into the car and delivering them.
Gordon and Laureen Evans Honoured by Evangel Hall
Gordon and Laureen Evans along with the Management of Pheasant Run were honoured by Toronto's Evangel Hall for donating their Golf Course and Services for the past 5 years. This beautiful painted picture of Highlands 6 will be hung in Evangel Hall. This event has raised over $280,000 which has assisted in the development of their new building at 552 Adelaide Street West, Toronto.
Evangel Hall provides many services to the people of Toronto including a thrift shop, drop-in centre, trustee program, employment and housing counseling, spiritual and after school programs, women's groups, free eat-all-you-can meals and more.
